Let us get right to work on building your beautiful, custom designed doors.
Designing and ordering your doors is simple:

  • Look through the website and find the door or doors that you could see in your home. Or make a note of the aspects of different doors that you like or dislike, then piece together the door of your dreams. Send us an email or give us a call, giving us the style that you desire, as well as the dimensions that you will need the door to be built to. Be sure to include important information such as number of panels and panel thickness, jamb width, metal accessories (if needed), such as clavos or speakeasies, finish preference and anything else we will need to know in order to bid your doors accurately.   • We will then put together a formal estimate and email or fax it to you, along with a shop drawing and our warranty. These will need to be verified, signed and faxed back. We will make every effort to tailor your bid to your desires and budget.
  • Once you have approved your doors and bid, we collect 50% of the cost up front and the remaining 50% upon completion of manufacturing (must clear in order to ship).
  • After payment, manufacturing commences. It will usually take about 23 to 32 business days to build your doors, depending on how custom the job is. Finishing, or prehanging will add to this timeline
  • Doors will be shipped unfinished and unbored for hardware, unless prehanging or finishing is requested. They will need to be sealed 6 sides when they arrive. This ensures your door's stability, and is required for your warranty to be valid (see "warranty info"). We will usually make arrangements with you to have them delivered to your local hangshop, where you can have them hung and bored for hardware. After they are hung, we recommend having them finished as soon as possible.
  • We can ship glass with your door, if you have sidelites or a transom, etc…. We carry a large selection of different glass styles to make sure you get what you are looking for. If you have your own glass that you want to put in, your doors will be sent with the sticking, ready for glass to be installed.
